We take special care to ensure your order is expedited safely and efficiently in good condition, however errors can occur. When it arrives, please check your order carefully.

• If you would like to return an item and/or receive a replacement or refund, please e-mail us at enquiries@curatedquiltingretreats.com before posting your parcel back.

• We reserve the right to replace, exchange, repair, offer credit or refund as appropriate. Return shipping & handling fees will need to be charged on any returns that are not due to supplier error. 

• Exchanges and refunds due to change of mind are at our discretion and will incur a handling fee as well as all additional postage costs.
